1. Mondeum Capital (UK) Limited (the Firm” “we” “our” “us” “MCUK) is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (“FCA”).

2. Participation: Participation in the cPro promotion is bound by these terms and conditions (“Promotion Terms”) and is therefore considered an annexure to the terms and conditions contained within your client agreement, including any supplemental agreements and disclosures that apply to your account.

3. Promotional Period: The cPro Promotion begins at 12:00 am on the 2nd February, 2026 and ends at 11:59 pm on the 28th February, 2026 (“Promotional Period”)

4. Eligibility: Subject to and without prejudice to all other terms and conditions, this promotion is available to new clients of the Firm who have selected the cPro Platform or existing cPro clients who have not yet traded on the cPro trading platform (“Eligible Clients”) AND have satisfied the criteria as set out below:

a. Be over 18 years of age;

b. Must be approved to open a MCUK account or have a MCUK account in good standing;

c. Deposits for new and existing clients must be made during the Promotional Period;

d. New clients must fund their account with a minimum deposit of $100.

7. Funding your account: Clients who fund their new accounts with a BACS transfer are responsible for having enough cash in their bank account to cover the BACS transfer. MCUK takes no responsibility for charges that occur due to insufficient funds in said client’s account.

8. Communications: Receipt of communications related to this promotion does not constitute solicitation, recommendation, or investment advice. Consult with your tax advisor about the appropriate tax treatment for and any other tax implications associated with this promotion.

9. Discounts or credits from this promotion cannot be (i) transferred to any other person; (ii) transferred to another account held by the Eligible Client; or (iii) exchanged for other financial services or benefits provided by the Firm.

Employees, contractors, or persons similarly associated with MCUK or its affiliate(s); members of their household; registered representatives of broker dealers; employees of any security regulatory organization or exchange; and/or employees of any market maker are not eligible to participate in this promotion. The promotion is only available for personal use and may not be used for commercial purposes. Other restrictions may apply. Void where prohibited.

11. The Eligible Client’s account must be open and not the subject of any dispute with us to qualify for this promotion.

12. If your account is subsequently closed or suspended, the Firm may cancel all discounts and credits posted to your account.

13. The Firm will not be liable for any costs, expenses or damages which may result from us re-setting or adjusting your Account as contemplated by these Promotion Terms, including but not limited to losses attributable to automatically Closed Out Open Positions.

14. Notwithstanding any other provision of these Promotion Terms, we shall have the sole discretion to determine your eligibility under these Promotion Terms, including, without limitation, whether you are an Eligible Client. We have the right not to accept Eligible Client for any reason or without reason as we shall determine at our sole discretion.

15. We reserve the right at our reasonable discretion to alter, amend or terminate this promotion, or any aspect of it, at any time and without prior notice. The Firm will not be responsible in any manner for any damages, losses, or expenses, however caused by the alteration, amendment, or termination of this promotion. We may make changes to these Promotion Terms by posting the modified terms on our website. We recommend you revisit these Promotion Terms regularly, and by your continued use of our services, you accept any such modified terms.

16. If any term of these Promotion Terms is found to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable under any applicable law, such term shall be deemed omitted from these Promotion Terms and shall in no way affect the legality, validity, or enforceability of the remaining terms.

17. Governing Laws: Promotion Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any dispute or situation not covered by these Promotion Terms will be resolved by our management in a manner it deems to be the fairest to all concerned, and that decision shall be final and/or binding on all entrants.

19. U.S. Persons Certification: Mondeum Capital UK is not a registered U.S. Broker Dealer. It does not accept securities trading accounts for any “U.S. Persons” that it believes has been “solicited” as set out within the meaning of Rule 15a-6(a)(1) of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The Firm will rely on a certification from an Eligible Client that the Eligible Client is either not a U.S. Person or has not been solicited directly or indirectly by Mondeum Capital UK and has not been induced by Mondeum Capital UK to engage in securities transactions.

20. Non-solicitation: This promotion does not constitute an offer or solicitation to anyone in any jurisdiction where such an offer or solicitation is prohibited by the relevant local law, or to anyone to whom such a solicitation is prohibited by law.

21. Ineligible Persons/Residents: We do not offer services to Canadian residents or to persons using a Canadian bank account or a credit card issued by a Canadian financial institution.

22. This Promotion will be applied to one account per Eligible Client, IP address and/or home address, including linked accounts, joint Accounts or corporate accounts.
